Jenai Peavy, Dentist & Owner
Jenai has a natural love of working with her hands, building community and patient relationships, and caring for others. Jenai’s grandfather was a dentist and her mother is a dental hygienist so dentistry is quite literally in her DNA. A career in dentistry seemed like a natural fit!
In 2020, Jenai joined Peavy Family Dental Care under its former owner and fell in love with the family-first atmosphere and personalized practice. She purchased Peavy Family Dental Care in 2024 and has built a value-based team and practice of her own ever since.
Jenai’s emphasis on personalized care, prevention, patient education, evidence-based practices, and conservative dentistry, extends to every patient and throughout her team.
A little bit zany with a great sense of humor, Jenai’s committed to giving you the quality care you deserve and addressing your individual needs and concerns with impeccable attention to detail.

Outside of work, Jenai enjoys spending time with my husband, Sidney (Mr. Dr. Peavy), and their two girls, Nora and Nina. She loves to cook (anything to do with food, really), be outdoors, and read.
Witty, caring, outgoing, and professional, Sidney loves getting to know patients and team members alike as he provides impeccable care for our family practice.
For fun, he loves spending time with his wife (Dr. Jenai Peavy) and kids and growing his own food in his garden for family, friends, and food banks.
Danielle Ayers, Dental Hygienist
Danielle graduated from Middlesex Community College with her Associate’s in Dental Hygiene in 2018. Since then, she’s gained experience in both pediatric and general dentistry and brings compassion, attention to detail, and individualized care to her patients. She loves helping patients improve their oral health as she finds simple solutions that can lead to major improvements and long-lasting changes.
For fun, Danielle loves spending time with her animals (she has three dogs, a cat, and a horse!) which keeps her happy and busy. She also enjoys the outdoors, skiing in the winter months, and rainy days snuggled up with a good book and… you guessed it, the pups!
Danielle’s favorite part of working at Peavy Family Dental is the small family practice where your patient care comes first.
Jennie Gosselin, Dental Hygienist
Jennie graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute in 2013 with a degree in dental hygiene. After working in private practice for 7 years, she shifted to a role in corporate dentistry which provided her with the opportunity to expand her knowledge in dentistry and patient care.
Jennie joined Peavy Family Dental in Fall of 2024 and enjoys the small, family feel of our private practice. She is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health by finding individualized tools to maintain a healthy, confident smile.
Jennie is kind, bubbly, passionate and detail-oriented. When not in her scrubs, Jennie can be found outside hiking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs.
Maddie Pierce, Dental Hygienist
Maddie earned a degree in Spanish and Psychology from Rivier University before shifting her focus to pursue a career in the dental field. In 2021, she completed her Dental Hygiene degree at New Hampshire Technical Institute and joined Peavy Family Dental Care under its former owner. She enjoys connecting with patients and encouraging them to develop healthy habits at home.
Organized, creative, compassionate, and perceptive, Maddie provides individualized care and ensures you feel welcomed and comfortable while you’re here. She loves working in an environment where patients and staff alike feel seen, understood, and recognized for the unique person they are!
In her free time, Maddie enjoys getting lost in a good book (or five), relaxing at home, snuggling her fur babies, and traveling the world with her husband.
Shantel Brochu, Dental Assistant
Shantel’s dental career began as a sterilization tech where she learned the importance of infection control inside and out. She received on-the-job training as she pursued her Dental Assisting certificate and has brought a passion and high standard of excellence to the role.
Our dental team welcomed Shantel with open arms in early 2025 and our patients have enjoyed getting to know her as she brings a fun-loving and sincere approach to their care.
In Shantel’s spare time, she can be found traveling with family, spending time outdoors, and photographing anything that catches her eye.
Stephanie Kectic, Dental Assistant
Stephanie graduated with a certification in Dental Assisting from Ozark Technical College in 1996. When she and her husband Rob moved to NH in ‘99, she sought out a small dental office that treated every patient like a name, not a number! When the kind dentist she worked for retired in 2019, she joined Dr. Peavy’s team as she was drawn to the integrity of the practice and relational spirit throughout the office.
Joyful and deeply caring, Stephanie loves being a part of a team that fosters mutual respect, encouragement, and of course, lots of laughter.
Stephanie and her husband have been married for 30 years and have an adult daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. For fun, she loves walking her sweet lab, visiting with friends, kayaking, tubing, and hiking.
Sarah Lavoie, Dental Assistant
Out of high school, Sarah completed the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps where, during her service, she discovered her love of caring for and helping people with their health. She graduated from a Dental Assistant program in 2013 and has been supporting patients with their care for over a decade.
Kind and caring, Sarah’s favorite part of working at Peavy Family Dental is putting patients first. She’s always ready to support you and help you feel comfortable while here.
Sarah is a mom to two daughters who keep her busy during her time off along with their two cats and two fish. Having grown up in the area, Sarah enjoys spending time with family locally and loves getting together with her sisters, cousins, and their children to spend time outside, at the ocean, and listening to live music.
Rachel Straight, Front Desk & Patient Coordinator
Rachel is the friendly face you’ll see greeting you at the front desk upon arrival. After 20+ years in the world of insurance, Rachel “retired” and settled into being a full-time mom. When her children were in school, she decided to go back to work in an administrative role where she could enjoy face-to-face interactions while offering her exceptional organizational skills to our practice.
Rachel loves working with people, creating order where chaos exists, music, and baking. She lives in Rindge with her husband where they enjoy being new grandparents. In her spare time, Rachel has a cupcake business and bakes custom orders for those with a sweet tooth (don’t worry, we won’t tell Dr. Peavy ;))
Rachel loves building relationships with patients of Peavy Family Dental and being part of a team that feels like family.
Melannie Solovei, Insurance/Patient Coordinator
After a 25-year career in retail management, Melannie was ready for a change! She joined our practice in 2020 and since then, has enjoyed connecting with patients and learning the world of dental care. She will assist you with making appointments and ensures you are fully informed about your dental plan. Caring and easy-going, Melannie always greets you with a great sense of humor and a welcoming smile!
For fun, Melannie loves spending time at the beach, traveling, reading, and enjoying her home with her husband and their two cats, Pebbles and Jinx.
She loves being a part of a team that works well together and cares for patients like family!
